A Will (sometimes referred to as Last Will and Testament) is an expression of your final wishes, and how you want your personal property and financial assets to be distributed. It may also include instructions on custody for any minor children (under age 18) and is a legally enforceable document. If you die without a will, the distribution of your property will be determined by the laws in your state.
