It’s tax time! Here’s where to start

This year’s tax deadline (April 15th) is approaching so we’re going to spend March talking all things taxes. Our first tax topic is the documents you’ll need to do your taxes. When official looking mail starts showing up in your mailbox (or email inbox) it’s tempting to toss it in the same pile as the rest of the mail and deal with it later. But it would be better to make a folder now to keep track of these tax documents as they trickle in. When you’re looking for your W-2 later you’ll be glad you took 10 minutes to organize things now. Here’s how to do it.
